Richard Orme

Richard Orme joined Silver Lake in 2022 as an Operating Executive. Prior to Silver Lake, he held several senior executive roles. Most recently he was Chief Technology Officer at ComplyAdvantage, a machine learning-based SaaS organisation focused on preventing financial crime, where he restructured the technology and product divisions to align around rapid delivery of customer value.
 
Before ComplyAdvantage, Richard was Group Chief Technology Officer at The Photobox Group, a pan European group of eCommerce & Manufacturing companies where he led several transformation initiatives to rationalise the product portfolio following extensive M&A activity and deliver growth, including large scale cloud migration, multiple re-platforming projects and a new range of digital apps.
 
Prior to that, Richard was the Chief Technology Officer at Metapack, a logistics SaaS platform where he led the initiatives to migrate to the cloud, adopt agile & DevOps methodologies and oversaw the integration multiple acquisitions.
