Meredith Pressfield

Meredith Pressfield joined Silver Lake in 2018 as Senior Counsel, Head of Public Reporting and Commercial Legal. Prior to joining Silver Lake, she was an Associate at the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and a Managing Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. In those roles she focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Meredith holds a B.A. from Pomona College, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
