Matthew Walsh

Matthew Walsh joined Silver Lake in 2023 and is a Venture Partner at Silver Lake Waterman. Matt has over 20 years of experience advising public and private technology companies on financings and other strategic transactions. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at several firms, including head of technology equity capital markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and SVB Securities. He began his career at JPMorgan in New York. Matt graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University.
