Yorda Stuart

Yorda Stuart joined Silver Lake in 2022 as Senior Counsel. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Yorda was a Senior Corporate Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she specialized in the formation and operation of private equity funds. She holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
