Stephen Evans

Stephen Evans joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Managing Director. He serves on the board of Australian Professional Leagues (APL), Diamond Baseball Holdings, Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc., Equinox, Integrity Marketing Group, New Zealand Rugby Commercial, and TEG. He is a member of the audit committee of City Football Group and previously served on the boards of Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG), Ancestry.com, Learfield, Serena Software, Inc., and Thrasio. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Stephen was a Principal at Cognetas, a pan-European private equity firm. Previously, he spent five years at Bain & Company, based both in Europe and the U.S., including two years in Bain’s private equity group. Stephen holds a M.A. and a M.Phil from Cambridge University and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
