Phil Shields

Phil Shields joined Silver Lake in 2021 and is a Vice President, Treasury Operations. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Phil led the Treasury team at SoftBank focused on liquidity management, cash investments, insurance, and risk management. He started his career at ConAgra Foods and worked for BlackRock and Guggenheim Partners on their short-duration fixed income and financing desks. Phil holds a B.S. from Creighton University and an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
