Operating Associate
Nikolas Chambers joined Silver Lake in 2026 and is an Operating Associate. Previously, he worked on the Private Capital team at Oliver Wyman, where he served private equity clients in the industrials and technology industries on commercial due diligence and value creation engagements. Nik graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Economics, as well as minors in History and Data Science.
