Matthieu Crepy

Matthieu Crepy joined Silver Lake in 2026 as an Operating Vice President, Data Science & AI. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Matthieu spent five years at McKinsey & Company, where he was an Associate Partner leading large-scale AI and digital transformations for global clients across automotive, industrials, transportation, and consumer goods. Across his engagements, he led cross-functional teams on projects including AI-enabled forecasting, agentic sales co-pilots, and supply chain transformations, and helped clients build AI Centers of Excellence and in-house data science capabilities.

Earlier in his career, Matthieu was a Technical Product Manager at Foxtrot Systems, a last-mile logistics SaaS startup, where he led product strategy and launched proprietary ML algorithms for delivery optimization, among other initiatives. He also conducted graduate research at MIT’s Megacity Logistics Lab, developing fleet and network optimization tools for global postal and life sciences clients. He began his career as a data science consultant at Business & Decisions in Geneva.

Matthieu holds an M.Sc. in Transportation from MIT and a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
