Matt Kane

Matt Kane joined Silver Lake in 2019 as a Vice President, Commercial Development and Partnerships. Previously, he was a Director of Channel Sales and Partnerships at Dropbox, where he oversaw new business development, partnerships and indirect revenue for Dropbox Business. Prior to that role, Matt was Head of Global Revenue Partnerships at Dropbox, where he built and scaled new partnerships with systems integrators, retailers, telcos and cloud platform providers. Before Dropbox, he was a Director of Global Developer Partnerships and Services at AppDirect, a cloud software commerce and management platform, and previously, Matt worked in the Technology Group at GTCR, a middle-market private equity firm, and in the Investment Banking Division at Lehman Brothers. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
