Laura Yang

Laura Yang joined Silver Lake in 2026 as Senior Counsel. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Laura was a Corporate Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she advised investment banking and corporate clients on a broad range of capital markets and financing transactions, as well as corporate governance matters. Laura holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
