Jeremy Agnew

Jeremy Agnew joined Silver Lake in 2026 as a Director, Fund Formation. Prior to joining Silver Lake, he was a Managing Director at BlackRock in New York and London, where he advised on the establishment of registered and private funds in the US, Europe, the Cayman Islands and the Middle East, as well as corporate transactions, most notably the acquisition of Global Infrastructure Partners. Earlier in his career, he was an Associate in the Asset Management departments of Matheson in Ireland and Gilbert + Tobin in Australia. Jeremy holds a Master of Laws from Georgetown Law Center, and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honors and a Bachelor of Asian Studies from the Australian National University.
