Grant Steiger

Grant Steiger joined Silver Lake in 2026 as Senior Counsel. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Grant was a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, where he advised private equity sponsors and strategics on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, carve-outs and general corporate matters. Grant received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law. Grant is admitted to the New York State Bar.
