Egon Durban

Egon Durban is a Managing Partner and CEO of Silver Lake, and was a founding principal of the firm at its launch in 1999. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Endeavor Group Holdings and on the board of TKO Group Holdings. He also serves on the board of directors of portfolio companies City Football Group, Dell Technologies, G42, Qualtrics, TikTok USDS JV, Unity Software, and Waymo. Previously, he served on the boards of Motorola Solutions, MultiPlan, Pivotal Software, SecureWorks, Twitter, UFC, VMware, and Skype, where he was Chairman of the operating committee, and served on the supervisory board and operating committee of NXP. Egon currently serves on the Business Council and Business Roundtable, and he also serves on the Las Vegas Raiders Board of Directors. Prior to Silver Lake, he worked in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division. Egon graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance.
