Christian Miccio

Christian Miccio joined Silver Lake in 2026 and is an Operating Senior Vice President. Prior to Silver Lake, he founded All Things Product, an AI and product advisory practice, serving as fractional Chief Product and Technology Officer to companies ranging from Series A start-ups to multinational corporations on digital and AI-driven product strategy, organizational design, and growth.

Prior to founding All Things Product, Christian held senior product leadership roles across data, payments, media, and consumer technology. As VP of Data Products at VEON, an international telecom operator serving hundreds of millions of users, he built an analytics and data science platform deployed across multiple markets. At Schibsted, the media group, he led development of a GDPR-compliant machine-learning advertising targeting engine, and at First Data’s Clover he launched Europe’s first B2B point-of-sale app marketplace. Earlier, Christian was a Product Manager at Google, building features for Gmail and Maps, and he was among the earliest employees at Shazam, the music-recognition pioneer later acquired by Apple.

Christian holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from EPFL. He teaches Product Management to M.B.A. students at London Business School.
