Carrie Braddock

Carrie Braddock joined Silver Lake in 2020 as a Managing Director and the Head of Stewardship & Impact. She leads the integration of sustainable business practices across the firm and in collaboration with portfolio companies. She is also responsible for the firm’s impact initiatives and community partnerships. Prior to joining Silver Lake, she worked at Centerbridge Partners where she launched the Centerbridge Foundation. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division and the Walt Disney Company in Strategic Planning. Carrie currently serves as a Director on the Board of New Visions for Public Schools and on the Advisory Boards of the Dartmouth Center for Social Impact and Mount Sinai’s Parenting Center. She is a recipient of the Social Enterprise Leadership Award from the Tamer Center at Columbia Business School where she graduated with an M.B.A. and was on the Dean’s list. Carrie graduated with a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
