Carrie Braddock

Carrie Braddock joined Silver Lake in 2020 as a Managing Director and leads the integration of sustainable business practices across the firm and in collaboration with portfolio companies. She is also responsible for the firm’s giving strategy, impact initiatives and community partnerships. Prior to joining Silver Lake, she worked at Centerbridge Partners and began her career at the Walt Disney Company and Goldman Sachs. Carrie serves on the Board of Directors of New Visions for Public Schools and the Advisory Board of Mount Sinai’s Parenting Center. In 2019, she received the Social Enterprise Leadership Award from the Tamer Center at Columbia Business School. Carrie graduated with a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
