Alan Davies

Alan Davies joined Silver Lake in 2022 as Senior Counsel, EMEA. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Alan worked as a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher Bartlett LLP, where he focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and other corporate transactions for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Prior to Simpson Thacher, he was a corporate associate at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP. Alan holds an M.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, and Management and a B.A. in History from the University of Bristol.
