Sachin Amrute joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed an internship in the Corporate Private Equity Group at The Blackstone Group. Mr. Amrute graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Management.

Kevin Guan joined Silver Lake in 2013 as an Analyst. Previously, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Guan graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business.

Sören Haefcke joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed internships in the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs, at Waterland Private Equity, and at The Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Haefcke graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics with an M.Sc. in Finance and from Münster University with a B.Sc. in Business Administration.

Scott Lefever joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed an internship at Barclays Capital in the Power & Utilities Investment Banking Group. Mr. Lefever graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, a B.A. in Economics from the College of Arts and Sciences, and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma.

Sean Liu joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Analyst. Previously, he worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley in New York. Anish Pathipati joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed internships in Investment Banking with Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan as well as in Corporate Governance Investments with the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS). Mr. Pathipati received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance, summa cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He won the William D. Gordon Award and the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key for graduating first in his class.

Meicheng Shi joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Analyst. Previously, she completed internships in the Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., and at UBS Investment Bank. Ms. Shi graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics and Psychology, and a citation in French language. At Harvard, she was a John Harvard Scholar, received the Detur Book Prize, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Shi spent the 2010-2011 year living in Ghana and New Zealand, pursuing a project on social entrepreneurship through the Harvard College Benjamin A. Trustman post-graduate fellowship.

Lingchao Wang joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Analyst. Previously, he completed an internship in the Financial Entrepreneurs Group Asia Pacific at Citigroup. Mr. Wang graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. 

David Zhang joined Silver Lake in 2013 as an Analyst. Previously, he worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse in San Francisco. Zhengyan Chua joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is an Associate. Evan Feinberg joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is an Associate. Previously, Mr. Feinberg completed an internship in the Media and Communications Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. Zach Goodman joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Media & Communications Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. He currently serves on the board of directors of Futures and Options, a non-profit organization that empowers New York City’s underserved youth to explore careers through professional development and paid, mentored internships. Mr. Goodman graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics and an A.B. in History from Duke University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Jordan Halpern-Leistner joined Silver Lake in 2010 and is an Associate. Previously, he completed an internship in the Communications and Media Investment Banking Group at Barclays Capital. Georg Knoflach joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the German investment banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Knoflach graduated from Bocconi University with a B.Sc. in International Economics and Management and from HEC Paris with a M.Sc. in International Business.

Nicolas Liao joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Barclays Capital in Menlo Park. Mr. Liao graduated from Stanford University with Master and Bachelor degrees in Mechanical Engineering.

Mark Margiotta joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Media & Communications Investment Banking Group and Leveraged Finance Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Margiotta graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Ulf Pagenkopf joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate. Previously, he was at Deutsche Bank in the Frankfurt and London offices working in the M&A and Leveraged Debt Capital Markets groups where he was involved in a variety of LBO, high yield, and M&A transactions. Mr. Pagenkopf graduated from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel (Germany) with a B.Sc. in General Management.

Kyle Paster joined Silver Lake in 2011 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse in San Francisco. Mr. Paster graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and a minor in Legal Studies and History.

Simon Shen joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate. Previously, he worked as a Generalist at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco, where he focused on the Healthcare space. Mr. Shen graduated with highest honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business and a B.A. in Economics. 

Shinian Ye joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Mark Zhu joined Silver Lake in 2012 as an Associate. Previously, he worked as an investment banker at Moelis & Company in Los Angeles. Mr. Zhu graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Statistics.

Mr. Hutchins is a co-founder and Managing Director of Silver Lake. He is chairman of the board of SunGard Corp. and a director of the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. and Mercury Payment Systems. Mr. Hutchins served President Clinton in both the transition and the White House as a special advisor on economic and health-care policy. He is also a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Vice Chairman of the Brookings Institution. Mr. Hutchins is a director of the Harvard Management Company, which is responsible for the University’s endowment, and Chairman of the DuBois Institute at Harvard. He is an owner and member of the Executive Committee of the Boston Celtics basketball team. He is also a trustee of the New York-Presbyterian Hospital and a board member of the Economics Club of New York. Mr. Hutchins holds an A.B. from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Dave Roux is a co-founder and Senior Director of Silver Lake. He was formerly Chairman and CEO of Liberate Technologies, Executive Vice President at Oracle Corporation, and Senior Vice President at Lotus Development. Mr. Roux began his technology career as co-founder and CEO of Datext, Inc., the first commercial CD-ROM publishing company. Previously, Mr. Roux was a board member of Avaya Inc., Business Objects S.A., Gartner, Inc., Intelsat S.A., Symantec, Thomson, UGS Corp., and was the Chairman of the Board of Seagate Technology and Serena Software. David serves on the boards of The National Audubon Society, Jackson Laboratory, Bowdoin College, and The Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington. He is also a member of the DuBois Institute's National Advisory Board, a trustee at The Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University, and an advisor to the Positive Coaching Alliance. Mr. Roux holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M. Phil. from King’s College, Cambridge University. He is a graduate of Harvard College.

Jim Davidson is a Managing Partner and Managing Director of Silver Lake, which he co-founded in 1999. He currently serves as Chairman of the Managing Partners Committee of Silver Lake. Mr. Davidson has been an active advisor to and investor in the technology industries for more than 25 years. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Davidson was a Managing Director at Hambrecht & Quist, a technology-focused investment bank and venture capital firm (now part of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., “H&Q”). Mr. Davidson managed several businesses at H&Q, including the Technology Investment Banking business and the Mergers and Acquisitions business. Prior to H&Q, he was a corporate-securities attorney for Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro. Mr. Davidson serves on the boards of Flextronics International Ltd. and SMART Modular Technologies (WWH), Inc. Previously, he was a director of Avago Technologies, Seagate Technology, and Skype, among other companies. Mr. Davidson also serves on the Investment Committee for Silver Lake Sumeru and the Strategy Committee for Silver Lake Credit.  He also serves on the boards of a private corporation and a number of non-profit organizations including the University of California, Berkeley Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology, the Jeffrey S. Raikes School of Computer Science & Management, and the US Olympic Foundation Board of Trustees. Mr. Davidson holds a B.S. from the University of Nebraska and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Jimmy Chang joined Silver Lake in 2013 and is a Director.  Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Chang was an investment banker for over 10 years and an Executive Director in the Global Technology Group of Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division.  While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Chang worked in both the Hong Kong and Menlo Park offices, focusing on equity and debt financings as well as mergers and acquisitions for large and mid cap companies across numerous sectors including Internet, telecom equipment, semiconductors, hardware and software.  Mr. Chang graduated from M.I.T. with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Computer Science and a B.S. in Management Science - Finance.

Sean Delehanty joined Silver Lake in 2003 and is a Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Delehanty worked in the Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers, where he focused on M&A and financings for technology companies. Mr. Delehanty graduated from Duke University with a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Delehanty is a director of Interactive Data Corporation.

Stephen Evans joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Evans was a Principal at Cognetas, a European mid-market private equity firm. At Cognetas, Mr. Evans focused on transactions across a variety of service sectors, including business services, information services, and construction and utility services. Previously, Mr. Evans spent five years at Bain & Company. In his time at Bain & Company, Mr. Evans advised clients in Europe and the US across a variety of industries and also spent two years in Bain's Private Equity group. Mr. Evans holds an M.A and an M.Phil from Cambridge University, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Adam Karol joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is a Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Karol worked at Silver Point Capital, L.P., where his investment focus included private equity, distressed debt financings, and direct lending. Previously, Mr. Karol worked at Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., where he was involved with large-scale private equity investments across a wide range of industries. Prior to that, Mr. Karol worked as an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on the technology industry. Mr. Karol received a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management of Boston College, where he graduated first in his class, summa cum laude, and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. Mr. Karol also received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Alan Austin joined Silver Lake in 2003 and is a Managing Director. He has extensive experience as an attorney specializing in corporate and securities work and also as a leader of professional service organizations. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Austin was a General Partner at Accel Partners, an early stage venture capital firm. He was previously a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati for 13 years and served as the Managing Partner from 1995 until 2000. Earlier in his career, Mr. Austin was a partner at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, where he practiced for 12 years and chaired the Corporate Department. In 1974 and 1975, Mr. Austin served as a law clerk to Justice William O. Douglas on the U.S. Supreme Court. He serves on the boards of directors of several non-profit organizations, including Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) and Peninsula Bridge. He has served on the boards of a number of for-profit companies including Instinet, Inc. and Yodlee, Inc., and he also served on the Private Equity Steering Committee of the UN Compact on Principles of Responsible Investing. Mr. Austin holds an A.B. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Eric Chen joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Managing Director. Prior to Silver Lake, Dr. Chen was a Senior Vice President and Executive Committee member of ASML, a global leader in semiconductor technology. Dr. Chen joined ASML following its acquisition of Brion Technologies in 2007, the company he co-founded in 2002 and served as the CEO since inception. He was formerly a Senior Vice President at J.P. Morgan, where he coordinated the global research effort in the electronics sector and conducted equity research for a number of technology segments. Earlier in his career, Dr. Chen conducted theoretical physics research at Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire ("CERN") and at the Advanced Product Research Development Laboratory and MOS-13 facility for Motorola. Dr. Chen is currently on the board of Allyes Online Media Holding and Hillstone Networks. Previously, he served on the boards of Nobao Renewable Energy Holdings Limited and Varian Semiconductor. Dr. Chen was born and raised in China and is bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin). He represented China in the International Physics Olympics in Germany, earning the Silver Medal. Dr. Chen studied Physics at Peking University and received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Tony Ling joined Silver Lake in 2005 and is a Managing Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Ling worked at Bain Capital where he focused on large-scale leveraged buyouts across a variety of industries, including specifically the technology and industrial sectors. Previously, Mr. Ling was a management consultant at Bain & Company where he performed strategic diligence on transactions for private equity clients and strategic development for numerous corporate clients. He currently serves on the board of IPC Systems, Inc. and Go Daddy, Inc. Mr. Ling holds an M.B.A from the Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.

Christian Lucas is a Managing Director of Silver Lake which he joined in 2010 to help oversee the firm’s activities in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Lucas worked for approximately 16 years as an investment banker focusing on the technology, digital media, and telecommunications industries in Europe. From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Lucas was a Managing Director and Head of the Technology group at Morgan Stanley’s investment bank. Mr. Lucas is currently a board member of Global Blue and Soitec and has been appointed as a French Foreign Trade Advisor in the UK. Mr. Lucas earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and also has degrees from ESSEC Graduate School of Management and from ASSAS Law School, both in France.

Joe Osnoss joined Silver Lake in 2002 and is a Managing Director. After eight years with Silver Lake in the U.S., Mr. Osnoss moved to London in 2010 to help oversee the firm’s activities in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He is a director of Global Blue, Interactive Data Corporation, Mercury Payment Systems, Sabre Holdings, and Virtu Financial, and previously served on the board of Instinet Incorporated. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Osnoss worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on mergers and financings in the technology and telecommunications industries. He previously held positions at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting in France and at Bracebridge Capital, a fixed income arbitrage hedge fund. Mr. Osnoss graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in Applied Mathematics-Economics and a citation in French language. He currently is a Visiting Senior Fellow at the London School of Economics, where he participates in teaching and research activities within the Department of Finance.

Simon Patterson joined Silver Lake in 2005 and is a Managing Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, he worked at General Atlantic Partners and at GF-X, provider of the leading air cargo distribution system, where he was a member of the founding management team and held the roles of Senior Vice President Asia Pacific and Product Development Director. Prior to GF-X, he was a Managing Director of BMC, a subsidiary of the Financial Times newspaper, and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. He serves on the boards of Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc., Intelsat Ltd., and MultiPlan, Inc., and is the Chairman of the Prince's Trust Internet and Media Leadership Group. Mr. Patterson holds an M.A. from King’s College, Cambridge University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar and was presented with the Alexander Robichek Award for Achievement in Finance.

Zheng Wang joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Managing Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Wang worked at General Atlantic where he focused on technology and healthcare related investments in Greater China. Previously, Mr. Wang was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company’s Corporate Finance Practice. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wang also worked for Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse in Silicon Valley. Mr. Wang served on the board of directors of Oak Pacific Interactive and was an observer of the board of directors of Wuxi PharmaTech. He currently serves on the board of Global Blue, Allyes Online Media Holding and iResearch Consulting Group. Mr. Wang graduated summa cum laude from Yale College with majors in Computer Science and Economics.

Charles Giancarlo joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Managing Director and Head of Value Creation. Mr. Giancarlo has over 25 years of experience in the communications industry. Mr. Giancarlo was interim CEO of Avaya in 2008 and is currently chairman of the board. Mr. Giancarlo serves on the boards of Mercury Payment Systems and Vantage and previously served on the board of Skype. He also currently serves on the board of Accenture. A senior executive at Cisco Systems from 1993-2007, Mr. Giancarlo most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer of Cisco and President of Cisco-Linksys, leading the company’s overall product operating activities. As Chief Development Officer, Mr. Giancarlo directed the activities of half of Cisco’s employees, and was directly responsible for Cisco’s expansion into a large number of new markets and technologies. His first position at Cisco was Vice President of Business Development, where he developed Cisco’s merger and acquisition strategy and practice. Prior to Cisco, Mr. Giancarlo founded or was an early executive in several successful startups including Kalpana, the inventor of the Ethernet Switch, which was later sold to Cisco. Mr. Giancarlo holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. Mr. Giancarlo currently serves on the advisory board for the UC Berkeley School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and is a trustee of Brown University.

Mike Bingle joined Silver Lake in 2000 and is a Managing Partner and Managing Director. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Bingle was a principal at Apollo Advisors, L.P., then a large-scale and diversified private equity firm. Prior to Apollo, Mr. Bingle worked as an investment banker in the Leveraged Finance Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Bingle serves on the board of directors of Gartner, Inc., Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc., Mercury Payment Systems, LLC, Interactive Data Corporation, IPC Systems, Inc., and Virtu Financial, LLC. He is also a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Previously Mr. Bingle was a director of Ameritrade Holding Corp., Datek Online Holdings, Inc., and Instinet, Inc. He holds a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

Egon Durban is a Managing Partner and Managing Director of Silver Lake, which he joined at its founding in 1999. He is based in the firm's Menlo Park office and has previously served in the New York office as well as the London office, which he launched and managed  from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Durban serves on the Supervisory board and Operating Committee of NXP B.V., the Board of Directors of Intelsat Ltd. and Multiplan Inc., and the Executive Committee of William Morris Endeavor. Previously, he served on the Board of Skype and was the chairman of its operating committee. Mr. Durban currently serves on the board of Tipping Point, a poverty-fighting organization that identifies and funds leading non-profit programs in the Bay Area to assist individuals and families in need.

Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Durban worked in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division. While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Durban organized and led a joint initiative between the Corporate Finance Technology Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Financial Sponsors Group to analyze and present investment opportunities in the technology industry. Previously, Mr. Durban worked in Morgan Stanley's Corporate Finance Technology and Equity Capital Markets groups. Mr. Durban graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Finance.

Ken Hao joined Silver Lake in 2000 and is a Managing Partner and Managing Director. In 2007 and 2008, he led the establishment of the firm’s offices in China and Japan. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Hao was a Managing Director at Hambrecht & Quist (“H&Q”) where he led a range of investment banking and venture capital activities. Mr. Hao currently serves as a director on the boards of Allyes Online Media Holding, Avago Technologies Limited, and SMART Modular Technologies (WWH), Inc. Previously, he was a director of NetScout Systems, Inc., UGS Corp., Network General Corporation, and Certance Holdings (acquired by Quantum, and formerly a division of Seagate Technology). Mr. Hao graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics.

Greg Mondre joined Silver Lake in 1999 and is a Managing Partner and Managing Director based in New York. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Mondre was a principal at Texas Pacific Group, where he focused on private equity investments across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on technology. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mondre worked as an investment banker in the Communications, Media and Entertainment Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. He currently serves as a director of Avaya, Inc., Go Daddy, Inc., IPC Systems, Inc., Sabre Holdings, Vantage Data Centers, and is on the Operating Committee of SunGard Capital Corp. Previously he was a director of UGS Corporation and Network General Corporation. Mr. Mondre graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics.

Joerg Adams joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Principal. Previously, he worked in the Natural Resources Investment Banking Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Prior to Goldman, Sachs & Co., Mr. Adams worked in the Fixed Income Investment Management Division at J.P. Morgan. He graduated from Indiana University with a B.Sc. in Finance and holds a degree in European Business Administration from the European Partnership of Business Schools in Reutlingen, Germany.

Jonathan Durham joined Silver Lake in 2005 and is a Principal. Mr. Durham joined Silver Lake as a Research Analyst in the Firm’s New York office. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Durham graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. in History.

John Flynn joined Silver Lake in 2008 and is a Principal. Previously, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Evercore Partners. Mr. Flynn graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.E. from The Wharton School and a B.A.S. from the School of Engineering & Applied Science.

Michael Korzinstone joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Principal. Mr. Korzinstone graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting. At Wharton, Mr. Korzinstone was a Joseph Wharton Scholar, was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, and finished in the top 1% of his class. Yingqi Li joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is a Principal. Previously, she worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley in Beijing and Hong Kong. Ms. Li graduated with Honors from Fudan University with a B.A. in Marketing.

Karol Niewiadomski joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Principal. Before joining Silver Lake, he worked in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse in London. Mr. Niewiadomski graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with M.Sc. in Finance and holds a M.Sc. in International Management from Community of European Management Schools obtained at the University of Cologne, Germany.

Jason White joined Silver Lake in 2006 and is a Principal. Previously, he worked in the Media & Communications Investment Banking Group and the Convertible Products Group at Morgan Stanley. He currently serves as a director on the board of SMART Modular Technologies (WWH), Inc. Mr. White graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University with a B.S.E in Operations Research & Financial Engineering.

Lee Wittlinger joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Principal. Previously, Mr. Wittlinger worked as an investment banker in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions in the technology industry. He currently serves on the board of Vantage Data Centers, LLC. Mr. Wittlinger graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

Phillip Wood-Smith Joined Silver Lake in 2007 and is a Principal. Prior to joining Silver Lake, Mr. Wood-Smith worked at Bain Capital where he focused on large-scale leveraged buyouts across industries ranging from manufacturing to technology. Previously, Mr. Wood-Smith was a management consultant with Bain & Company in New York and San Francisco focused on strategic due diligence for private equity clients as well as operational and strategic consulting for corporate clients. He graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College with Highest Honors in political science.

Hugo Chong joined Silver Lake in 2012 and is a Research Analyst. Previously he worked as an intern for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, focusing on the field of finance and banking. He graduated from Peking University in 2012 with a B.A. in Finance and Banking.

Linda Zhu joined Silver Lake in 2010 as a Research Analyst. Previously, Ms. Zhu worked at McKinsey where she focused on renewable energy and climate change related research in China. Ms. Zhu graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University with a B.A. in Economics.

Yuichiro Takezaki joined Silver Lake in 2009 and is an Associate in Japan. Previously, Mr. Takezaki worked for Perry Capital in Hong Kong where he was responsible for private equity, mezzanine, and distressed deals in Japan. Prior to joining Perry Capital, he worked at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley in Japan where he focused on the Technology and Communication sectors. Mr. Takezaki graduated from Tokyo University with a B.A. in Law.
