Mr. Yang joined Silver Lake in 2010 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Corporate Finance Group at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Yang has also held positions at China Development Industrial Bank, a private equity firm in Asia, and China Sunergy. Mr. Yang graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. from the Wharton School and a B.A. from the School of Arts & Sciences.
