Mr. Flynn joined Silver Lake in 2008 as an Associate. Previously, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Evercore Partners. Mr. Flynn graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.E. from the Wharton School and a B.A.S. from the School of Engineering & Applied Science.
