Mr. Sinha is part of Silver Lake Financial and is a Director and Senior Research Analyst. Prior to joining Silver Lake Financial, Mr. Sinha was Vice President at JPMorgan in the Structured Finance Group where he oversaw the bank's credit book exposure and managed over $9 billion in high yield securities. Mr. Sinha was instrumental in building out JPMorgan's Trust Preferred risk business, providing strategic analysis on various transactions. His initial two years at JPMorgan were in its High Yield Credit Group, where he focused on the technology and media industries. Mr. Sinha graduated magna cum laude from the New York University Stern School of Business with a dual concentration in Finance and Statistics.
