Mr. Oltmans joined Silver Lake Financial in 2008 and is a Director and Portfolio Manager - Head of Distressed Debt. He has over 13 years experience in distressed investing and restructuring advisory. Prior to Silver Lake, Mr. Oltmans was a Portfolio Manager at SV Special Situations Fund, Executive Director and founding member of FHS Investments, and an Executive Director at UBS O'Connor, where he co-managed a $300 million Distressed Debt Group. Earlier in his investing career, Mr. Oltmans was at Lehman Brothers where he was responsible for investing capital in a variety of distressed situations. Prior to Lehman Brothers, he was at Wasserstein Perella & Co., where he worked in the firm's Restructuring Group. Mr. Oltmans holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College, where he majored in Economics and minored in Mathematics.
