Mr. Weiner joined Silver Lake Financial in 2008 and has significant experience as a corporate attorney. Prior to joining Silver Lake Financial, Mr. Weiner worked for a number of years as an in-house counsel at Credit Suisse in its San Francisco and Palo Alto offices, where he represented Credit Suisse's investment banking division in a variety of transactions, including, merger and acquisitions, private placements, and capital markets transactions. Prior to working at Credit Suisse, Mr. Weiner was an associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP where he represented technology companies, biotechnology companies, venture capital funds and financial institutions in a variety of corporate transactions. Prior to working at Brobeck, Mr. Weiner was an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP where he worked primarily on project finance transactions. Mr. Weiner holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
